Due to very high demand for my services, I have streamlined the contact system for new enquirers.

This system change is to ensure you get the help that you need from me more rapidly than telephone calls back and forth can allow.

When attempting to bring positive lifestyle changes into your life, rather than thinking neccessarily about big, dramatic changes which may be hard to sustain, think more about taking SMALL POSITIVE ACTIONS that you can DO DAILY NOW that WILL FIT INTO YOUR LIFE IN AN ENJOYABLE AND SUSTAINABLE way.

These will move you towards your ultimate aim, help you gather momentum, gain some skills and confidence. You can fine tune them to more and more of 'what you want' as you make progress.
